Our Trustees have over 28 years of combined experience founding and operating schools. As a governing board, they help schools set policies, provide guidance when implementing school development plans, structure management systems and also oversee the charity work of the organization.
Pioneer Educational Trust is one of the foremost and renowned organizations providing education from Nursery to X to about 1200 students. It also provides employment to about 97 teaching & non – teaching staff.
Pioneer Educational Trust provides value-based education to every child with no fee structure.
History of the Trust
Management family understood and identified the essence of education and sowed a small sapling with mere 15 students at Penna cement industry, Talaricheruvu, Tadipathri in 1996 accomplishing her dream to educate children.
Pioneer Educational Trust was established in 2004. The strong pillars which helped in the Progress and Development of the Trust in its initial stages were:

The dedication and perseverance of these great souls, today provide quality education to about 1200 students without fee structure irrespective of community and locality

Our commitment to our employees’ children is to provide free education by providing 5 schools that we have constructed and maintained across our 5 industries in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This is one of our ways of saying thank you to our people.
Distribution of uniforms, books, and stationery
We regularly distribute uniforms, books, and stationery to all the students from Pioneer schools and local Govt. Schools. This is a part of our endeavor to empower the community through education.
Providing of Infrastructure
School Building:
The building should be spacious, and well-planned with good architectural features. There should be good ventilation in all the classrooms along with facilities like fans, lights, benches, chairs, backboards, etc. There should also be facilities such as laboratories, art and crafts workshops, multimedia room, school office, theatre, and many more.
Classrooms:
The backbone of any school’s infrastructure is the classroom. There should be adequate classrooms and it should look pleasant with good painting and decorations. The front wall should have an appropriate blackboard. The wall should have built-in cupboards for keeping books and other important things.
Library:
It plays an important part in the learning process of the school as it’s a counterpart of the school’s infrastructure. It should be located in a place where it’s quiet and calm with a soothing ambiance for the students to concentrate better.
Sports
Sports and physical education are an integral part of the curriculum at Pioneer Educational Trust. The school has State-of-the-art sports fields. Our modern sports infrastructure enables and supports students to excel in the sport of their choice. Games and sports paves way for the evolvement of mentally balanced youth with team spirit and sound emotional health, under the qualified guidance and supervision, of the best Physical Training Instructors. Our students have been actively participating in various district and state-level competitions where they have won numerous awards and accolades. This ensures that the youthful energy and creative potential of our students are effectively channelized.
